Our Lady of Fatima Convent Secondary School, Gurugram has established its own Grievance Redressal System under the direct supervision of principal. The function of Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) is to promote and maintain a conductive and unprejudiced educational environment. The committee include Teachers and students representative, counsellor and special educator as core members. GRC look forward into the complaints/ suggestions lodged by any student, parent or staff like sexual harassment, bullying, abuse, class room management, completion of syllabus, teaching methods etc., and to sort out proper solution. The stakeholders can state their grievance regarding any academic and non- academic matter within the institute through online (E-mail) or offline (suggestion box) methods. These grievances will be analyzed confidentially and redressed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the institution without any bias. The GRC include:

 Redressal committee for Grievance of Students, Parents and Staff
 Redressal committee for Public Grievances
 Internal complaint committee on sexual Harassment of students under POCSO Act, 2012
 Internal complaint committee on Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace under Vishaka Guideline.
